About this product

The Evans SO20RIDE is a 20-inch SoundOff ride cymbal mute designed to significantly reduce ride cymbal volume while practicing on a traditional drum set. As part of Evans' most popular line of volume control products, the SO20RIDE fits precisely over standard 20-inch ride cymbals, sitting securely in place without the need for any additional hardware or tools. The cymbal damper construction is built to handle frequent and heavy use, ensuring consistent and reliable volume reduction across every practice session without deteriorating in performance over time.

Crucially, the SO20RIDE preserves the natural stick response and feel of the ride cymbal, allowing drummers to continue developing ride patterns, bell technique, and dynamics with full confidence. For drummers across the UAE practicing in apartments, home studios, or any noise-sensitive environment, the Evans SO20RIDE delivers a straightforward and effective ride cymbal muting solution. It is available individually or as part of a complete SoundOff pre-configured pack for full kit coverage.
